2. No Guarantee Disclaimer
IMPORTANT:
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCOUNT REINSTATEMENT. Marketplace platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) make the final decisions regarding account suspensions and reinstatements. While we provide expert services to maximize the probability of successful reinstatement, the outcome ultimately depends on factors beyond our control, including but not limited to platform policies, the nature of violations, and marketplace discretion.
3. Refund Policy

We offer refund-backed services under the following specific conditions:
- Refunds are available only if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service deliverables
- Refunds do not apply based on marketplace platform decisions or reinstatement outcomes
- All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion
- Partial refunds may apply for partially completed services

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

- Client provides incomplete, inaccurate, or false information
- Client fails to respond to our requests for information within agreed timeframes
- Services are delivered as agreed, regardless of platform outcomes
- Client requests changes to the agreed scope of work mid-process
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information about their situation
- Supplying all requested documents, invoices, and supporting materials
- Responding to our requests for information in a timely manner
- Maintaining compliance with all applicable marketplace policies
- Not submitting appeals or taking actions that conflict with our strategy
- Following our recommendations and implementing suggested changes
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- We are not liable for marketplace platform decisions or policy changes
- We are not responsible for frozen funds or account restrictions imposed by platforms
